We had a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling and providing great tips and advice. The hotel had clean and spacious rooms with a huge shower. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the beach clubs in Zona Hotelera.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the modern and well-appointed rooms. the room decoration was unique and added a touch of sophistication to my vacation. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions and amenities. the value for the price I paid was also exceptional, making my holiday experience even more enjoyable.
There were a few aspects that could be improved. the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired.
